Latest applications for planning permission

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hebron: Mr L Stephenson, Northcroft Manor, Fairmoor, non-material amendment to permission.

Hepscott: Dr William Wetherspoon, 7 Hepscott Manor Farm, proposed installation of 16 black Romag solar panels.

Longhorsley: Mr Andrew Fielder, land west of South Birks, steel portal framed agricultural general purpose extension to extend from the north gable of an existing building, to be used for the storage of animal feed, bedding and implements, as well as temporary shelter for the foaling of one horse.

Mitford: G and MA Robinson, East Edington Farm, prior notification for an extension to a storage building.

Morpeth: Mr Simon Dent, 69 Pinewood Drive, Lancaster Park, rear first floor bedroom extension above existing dining area; Mr and Mrs Daley, Shiel House, Fulbeck, Tree Preservation Order, sectional dismantling of 11 pine trees to be replanted with more suitable species; Mr Keith Hodgson, The Mount Residential Care Home, The Mount, removal of condition 21 of permission CM/20100028, removal of roundabout; Mr Richard Bowden, Wild Acres, Wansdyke, Tree Preservation Order, various work to five protected trees.

Netherwitton: Netherwitton Estate, Font House, Netherwitton Village, proposed installation of a biomass boiler system within existing outbuilding within the curtilage of Font House.

Pegswood: Mr Keith Glenton, De Walden House, 1-2 De Walden Terrace, change of use to bakery.

Stannington: Miss Caroline Strugnell, land south of The Villas, construction of temporary car parking to provide 13 spaces, including new vehicular and pedestrian access; Mrs Anne Atkinson, Milkhope Coffee Shop, Unit 27-30, Milkhope Centre, Berwick Hill Road, Seaton Burn, proposed single storey extension to existing unit, the extension is an addition to the existing listed building and the proposal has been designed specifically to have minimal impact on the existing building; also Listed Building Consent; Mr S Dhillon, Clifton Garden Nursery, Great North Road, Clifton, variation of planning conditions 2 and 3 of permission CM/20110062, slate roof to clay tiles and minor fenestration alterations.

Thirston: Mrs Helen Telfer, The Limes, The Pipistrelles, Eshott, Tree Preservation Order, clear stems on trunks of water shoots up to 5m on lime trees T1, T2 and T3; Mr Steve Clarehugh, 1 Bockenfield Cottages, Felton, extension to existing dwelling house.

Whalton: Mr S Murray, Wells House Cottage, Berkley Terrace, work to trees in a conservation area, felling of two sycamore trees and one yew tree.
