A KEEPSAKE will be given to all Ponteland Mayors to mark their time in office.
The money for each Badge of Office will come from the Mayor’s fund after the measure was agreed by the town council.
The first one was recently presented to Coun Robin Ramsay, who was in the role between 2009 and 2011, by current Mayor Peter Cowey.
