A GROUP of young footballers will cut a dash through Morpeth to raise club funds.
Morpeth SC Madrid Under 15s will take part in a fancy dress fun run on Saturday, starting at County Hall and running three miles to Lancaster Park.
Shoppers and visitors are being encouraged to cheer the lads on as they run up the main street at 11am.
Coach Craig Reilly said: “It would be great if we could have some people on the side to show them some support and cheer them as they run past.”
