THERE’LL be lots to see at Morpeth Farmers’ Market this weekend.
The monthly event will be taking place in the Market Place during the Morpeth Northumbrian Gathering so customers may find Punch and Judy, Anglo-Saxon warriors, hurdygurdies, Suffragettes and clog dancers wandering among the stalls.
There will be plenty of fresh, local produce, including cheese, jam, various types of bread, pastries, fish, bacon, ham, beef, free range chicken, cakes, pasties and quiche.
The market runs from 9am to 3pm on Saturday.
