Acklington: Mr and Mrs J Coombes, 1 Brainshaugh Farm Cottages, retrospective, demolition and re-build of cottage with additional extensions and detached double garage, single-storey extension to north elevation to form porch and two-storey extension to east elevation forming new lounge, master bedroom and staircase.
Belsay: Mr Bill Newlove, The Highlander, erection of free-standing 3mx4m wooden pavilion outside of public house; Mr Stephen Davison, Bolam Lake House, proposed chemical disposal unit for caravan site.
Ellington and Linton: Mr Eric Liddle, 20 Bowmont, Ellington, side extension and rear extension to utility room.
Hebron: Mr A Kelly, Foxfield, demolition of shed and construction of new shed; Mr and Mrs D and A Dungait, The Blacksmith’s Cottage and 2 The Village, orangery style sun room to rear.
Heddon On The Wall: Mr Malcolme Tailford, Breckney Hill Cottage, proposed conservatory/sun lounge built in red brick and upvc windows, red rosemary roof tiles to match existing roof; Mrs Lil Cruickshank, 16 Heddon Banks, proposed alterations to bungalow, including new feature glazed gable, new tiled roof covering, replacement windows/doors and new external wall finishes.
Morpeth: Mr Ian Jobson, 3A Craig Court, Coopies Field, re-submission, change of use to dog day care unit, no dogs proposed to be kept on premises overnight; Mr Martin Cooper, Yeomans, 2A Sanderson Arcade, change of use from A1 to betting shop (A2), installation of one additional air-conditioning condenser unit, one satellite dish and one TV aerial; Dr Norman Rickard, 4 Windmill Way, Kensington Court, to erect 2m high fence to the rear of property.
Ponteland: Mr Mateo Espinosa, Bellway Homes, Peel House, Main Street, trees in a conservation area, reduction in length of three branches to 7m to one sycamore; Mrs Kathleen Mavin, land west of 25 West Road, proposed new pedestrian access from Ponteland Park onto A696 West Road highway footpath.
Stamfordham: Mark Joynes, land north of Field House, Eachwick, erection of 225m of aerial bunched conductor.
Stannington: Mr Bernard Traynor, 3 Horton Park Offices, Berwick Hill, Seaton Burn, change of use from industrial unit to pilates and fitness studio.
Thirston: Mr John Townsend, land east of Suckler Riggs Plantation, Eshott Village, Main Road, retrospective, erection of timber club hut to be used for shelter and storage and club meetings.
Whalton: Mr Rudi Wright, March Plantation, non-material amendment to permission 11/02654/FUL, (time limit extension application for scheme approved under CM/20080745), fenestration improvements and minor internal layout changes.
Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Frederick Nicholson, Beaumont Villa, Mile Road, Widdrington Station, prior notification of demolition of single-storey wooden building in poor repair.
