BURGLARS are targeting sheds in Pegswood, police have warned.
A shed at Chipchase Close was raided between 5pm on May 18 and 5pm the next day and a red and black Honda lawnmower was taken. Between 11am on June 6 and the same time the following day a white Specialised racing bike was stolen from the rear yard of a house.
And tools and blue Draper sockets were stolen from the outhouse of a home in Hebron Avenue between midnight and 8.30am on June 9.
