POLICE have reminded people to lock up their bikes.
The advice follows a spate of thefts after bikes have been left leaning against walls or on the ground and have not been secured.
Officers say care should be taken to put bikes away in secure sheds or garages, or to lock them to a secure post, using good quality locks and chains.
