VALUABLE tools and skiing equipment have been stolen in a raid on a Morpeth shed.
Police are warning householders to be on their guard after the break-in to an outbuilding in Northbourne Avenue last week.
Burglars got into the shed sometime between 7pm on Wednesday, November 23 and 10am the following day.
They stole a number of items before making off unseen.
Among the belongings stolen were a pair of orange Elan sports skis, a pair of black and yellow Salomon Crossmax 9 skis, a pair of blue Blizzard skis and a black and red Salomon ski bag.
Also in the haul was an orange Bosch orbital sander, a Rybo biscuit jointer and two Bosch jigsaw drills.

Officers would also like to hear from anyone who has information about the whereabouts of the stolen goods.
