Star Pubs, The Seven Stars, 21 Main Street, advertisement consent for the erection of illuminated and non-illuminated signs to the exterior of the building; also Listed Building Consent.

Mr Ray Black, 68 Eastern Way, ground floor extension and new roof with dormer windows to form first floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
Stannington: Mr Dave Hepton, Stannington First School, Church Road, erection of mobile classroom within school grounds.
Netherton Park Trustees, land north east of Netherton Park, outline permission for re-development of site for up to 85 residential dwellings, with all matters reserved except access.
Wallington Demesne: The National Trust, Wallington, proposed new drains will be inserted around the perimeter of Wallington House, but with no encroachment into or onto the fabric of the building, and will connect to a replacement for an existing drain, which runs across The Park to the River Wansbeck to the south of the site; also Listed Building Consent.
