A Northumberland business has shown the star quality of local produce to shine in national awards.
The Blagdon Farm Shop has received gold star ratings in the Great Taste Awards for its 32-day dry-aged belted Galloway sirloin of beef and Blagdon Estate honey.
The blind-tasted awards are organised by the Guild of Fine Food, with a judging panel of fine food retailers, chefs, critics and food writers evaluating products across the country over 50 days of tasting.
The regional winners will be announced at the Great Taste Golden Fork Awards Dinner in London on Monday.
