Ponteland: Mr A Armstrong, Bank Top Garage, Prestwick, Certificate of Lawful Development, existing, operation of self-storage container site in conjunction with rear access yard for garage; also change of use of self-storage container area incorporating rear garage access to customer vehicle parking/storage area incorporating rear garage access, with corresponding change of use of customer vehicle parking/storage area and adjoining land to self-storage container area.
Mr Terry Cooke, 2 Tudor Court, Darras Hall, extension to form double garage and pitched roof over new porch, dormer window, velux and fenestration, new sliding gate; Isos Developments, land west of 15 Rowan Drive, construction of two storey four-bedroom house for private sale with associated parking and landscaping.
Mr Paul Singh, 195 Darras Road, demolition of dwelling and detached garage/workshops to be replaced with three storey dwelling and detached double garage, new private driveway, curved access wall to frontage and timber gates.
Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Stephen Hogg, land north east of Hagg Cottages, Causey Park, change of use of part of field known as Engine House on Causey Park Farm for motorcross practice track to operate on Sundays or Wednesdays from April 1 until October 31, with maximum of four sessions per month, Sunday sessions would finish at 4pm and Wednesdays at 5pm, no formal racing would take place.
