Ponteland: Mr Gordon Rowell, land north of 84-92 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, variation of condition 7 relating to permission CM/20090080 (proposed erection of four dwellings with association access and landscaping) to read ‘no development save for works to the access road shown in drawing 2012-04 shall be commenced until a verification report demonstrating completion of the works set out in the approved remediation strategy and the effectiveness of the remediation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
