Morpeth: Mr R Anderson, 4 Thorp Avenue, construction of a detached one-and-a-half storey double garage; Mrs Maxine Eaton, 2 Loansdean Cottages, Great North Road (South), Tree Preservation Order, crown lift to 5m and dead wood two sycamores overhanging property; Mrs Laverick, 19 Brumell Drive, Lancaster Park, non-material amendment relating to permission 13/01045/FUL (proposed extensions and alterations to form enlarged garages, front canopy, new entrance lobby, rear utility room and shower room and construction of first floor extension to form new bedroom with dresser and ensuite), amendment relates to alterations, extensions and improvements to ground floor; Mr Mark Tait, Morpeth Newminster Middle School, Mitford Road, new modular stand alone building constructed next to existing school with covered walkway connection, which will be an extension of the existing flat roof of the school.
