A CHARITY supper is taking place in Northumberland to help children in an African country.
The event for the Jitegemee School Building Project, organised by Hepscott resident Carlotta Johnson, will include music, African food and a raffle.
The bottom floor of 14 classrooms in a Tanzania village is completed. Funds raised on the night will help with the building of dormitories, rooms for science and an area for staff.
The evening will be held in The Anglers Arms, Weldon Bridge, on Friday, December 16, from 7pm to 9.30pm.
Tickets are priced £25 per person and need to be booked by the end of Tuesday. Telephone Mrs Johnson on 01670 514129.
