RESIDENTS will have the chance to comment on care plans at an event next week.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regulates health and adult social care, is reviewing its strategy for driving improvement in the quality of care people receive in hospitals, care homes, dentists, from home carers and GPs.
The review will take account of changes in the economy, Government policy, technology and society.
Now the Northumberland Local Involvement Network (LINk) is hosting a session in Stannington to give people the chance to comment on the strategy.
The meeting takes place at Stannington Village Hall on Tuesday, from noon to 2pm. Anyone wishing to attend should contact Northumberland LINk on 01434 600599 or email info@northumberlandlink.org.uk
